In 2022, Mr. Maher Naeem, Director of Canary International Trading, arrived in Vietnam and was captivated by the country’s breathtaking landscapes and the genuine warmth of its people. Yet, amid this beauty, he encountered a refined traveler’s challenge — the limited availability of authentic Halal cuisine for discerning Muslim guests.
Driven by vision and purpose, he partnered with Ms. Vu Thi Loan, a distinguished hospitality and F&B professional with over 18 years of experience. With deep expertise and an uncompromising commitment to quality, she curated an exceptional Halal dining concept, thoughtfully crafting each detail from menu creation to guest experience.
From this collaboration, Chef House Halal Food was established — a destination where authenticity meets elegance.
